Salstad Guest Home AB is located outside Grästorp towards Vänersborg. The guest home has been established in psychiatry since 1968. Salstad Guest Home has been active in psychosis rehabilitation since 1979.

The guest home's holistic view creates continuity and security for our guests and their relatives in both integrated treatment and asset management of individual guests' finances and assets in collaboration with legal guardians and under the supervision of public guardians.

About the Position.

We are now seeking summer substitutes and also hourly employees who have a genuine interest in people with psychiatric disabilities.

We are looking for you who, for example, are trained as an assistant nurse, treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social educator, behavioral scientist, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent.

We welcome applicants who can also work in our large kitchen.

The work is focused on psychiatric care of our guests as well as general care work. Here we work based on a salutogenic value foundation.

We place great importance on personal suitability such as initiative, service, and collaboration skills.

Continuous rounds are conducted with our doctor, who also participates in staff supervision/training.

A B driver's license is a requirement as there are transports to various activities, similarly, access to a personal car can facilitate as there are no public transportation all the way to the guest home.
