Personal Assistant Permanent & Temporary Position

BeOneTeam is seeking new employees with big hearts.

At the client's request, we are hereby looking for 2-3 women with good experience in assistance and care work for temporary work either as needed or for temporary positions.

Our client is a woman in her 60s who is completely mobility impaired after a traffic accident and therefore needs support and help with everything in her daily life around the clock.

Working hours can be both daytime or awake night shifts.

Person-centered support is a very significant and appreciated job for all our users. It requires some basic knowledge but above all special qualities in you. Because if you are going to work with people with sometimes a high degree of disability, both physical and mental, it must be very natural for you to be caring and feel compassion. To be present in the meeting with the user, empathetic, understand needs, and be generally positive.

Previous experience with common lifting aids, medication management, and tube feeding is a merit. But not a requirement as we have individually tailored internal training.
