Söderort Assistans AB focuses on quality, and it is important that the user has full participation, self-determination, and influence over how their assistance is designed.

We as assistance providers work for our users by offering individually tailored services. We want to help our users live their own lives, as they themselves wish to live it, with the help of their personal assistants. You applying for this position should be meticulous, organized, attentive, flexible, and good at taking directives. You should be able to work both independently and in a group. It is important that you take responsibility for completing your tasks, and it is an advantage if you are good at taking your own initiatives. It is also important that you are attentive to what the user wants and needs.

We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant. You do not need to have any experience, as the personal chemistry is most important, but it is an advantage if you have insight into what the work as a personal assistant entails.

As a personal assistant, you should help the user with everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the user is, such as at home and during activities.

You should be the user's extended arms and legs. You should be able to assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, cleaning, cooking, and other household chores.

Working hours are varied, and you should be able to work during the day, evening, and night.

The user prefers female applicants for this position.

The position is part-time and as needed.
