We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Södermalm, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Babysitter offers childcare to families with children within NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric disability and the most common disabilities are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome and Language disorder. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. At NPF Babysitter, you get a developing, joyful and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and age: 1 child 4 years

Days and times: 1-2 times/week 6h/week

Desired start date: Immediately

Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Södermalm, Stockholm

We are looking for you who:

Have some form of experience with children and preferably children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, IF or similar)

Have experience with low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy

Have good communication skills with various tools

Use play as a tool for communication and security

Are responsible and have a genuine interest in children

Want a developing and rewarding part-time job

Are pedagogical, secure and calm

Common work tasks may be:

Pick up from preschool/school

Come up with activities in and outside the home

Act as support during outings

Prepare simple meals

Bedtime routine
