Hotel Hostess at a B&B on Gotland

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented hotel hostess for Three Pheasants B&B – a smaller, personal accommodation on Gotland with a focus on quality, sustainability, and a warm guest experience.

As a hotel hostess, you have a central role in ensuring that our rooms and common areas maintain high standards and that this part of the operations runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Work Tasks

• Cleaning of rooms and common areas according to our routines
• Ensuring that all areas maintain high quality and are well-maintained
• Laundry, bed-making, and preparation of our 4 rooms for new guests
• Restocking of consumables and simple purchases as needed
• Handling simple administration and some communication with guests
• Assisting with simple gardening tasks and errands if needed
• Contributing to a well-organized and pleasant environment

Qualifications

• Experience from service professions, preferably within hotels, cleaning, or the hospitality industry
• Accurate, structured, and with an eye for detail
• Independent, responsible, and flexible
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

The work is mainly performed Monday to Friday starting at 10:00 AM and covers approximately 3.5 hours per day.

The position is seasonal and may include weekend work if needed.

Salary: 145.00 SEK per hour

Expected Work Hours: no more than 18 per week
