We are looking for an engaged and experienced preschool teacher with an interest in children's gymnastics for our preschool focusing on children's health and movement. Job Responsibilities:

As a preschool teacher with us, you work to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool. You lead and develop the pedagogical activities together with the rest of the team. You have a special responsibility for the teaching and work with the curriculum as a basis based on each child's knowledge, experiences, and specific conditions. We are therefore looking for a preschool teacher who wants and can drive and continue to develop the operation together with colleagues and management.

About the workplace:

Kullerbyttan is a relatively newly opened preschool with space for a maximum of 45 children. We have now enrolled 37 children and are therefore looking for an additional preschool teacher.

We have different gathering rooms but also several common rooms such as a gym hall, studio, water room, construction room, and a small library, etc., where children's play and learning can have ample space and where their curiosity and imagination are at the center. We will be able to offer the children gymnastics and movement sessions every week.

We will have common themes at the preschool but will also work with different projects based on the children's interests and needs.

We actively work with pedagogical documentation through the TYRA app.

We have a spacious enclosed yard with two separate playgrounds, which enables activities suitable for both small and large children. The outdoor environment and proximity to large green areas offer many opportunities for varied play and exploration.

We will place great importance on language development work.

Kullerbyttan Preschool will be open between 06.00-17.00 and working hours will vary. The preschool strives to create a work environment where children's play and learning are the focus.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher degree. We would like you to contribute with engagement, creativity, and a drive to develop the operation. You meet each child with respect and attentiveness. Of course, you have a professional approach and work for good relationships with guardians and colleagues. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is part of your assignment to teach children to speak correct Swedish, communicate with guardians, and be able to work with documentation. It comes naturally to you to create trusting relationships and you meet others in a respectful way. Your motivation is to best be involved and contribute to the children's best preschool. We will place great importance on personal suitability.

• You are a licensed preschool teacher.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of preschool governing documents and how these are applied in the operation.

Meriting:

• You have several years of experience from work as a preschool teacher in preschool operations.
• Experience with children's gymnastics or children's training.
• Multilingual

Other:

According to the School Act, an extract from the police criminal records register is required before employment within preschool, school, and school-age childcare.
