As a teacher, you are a good leader with a clear pedagogical leadership style and who radiates security and safety. You have the ability to adapt the pedagogical activities according to each student's prerequisites.

Your main assignment is as a class teacher and you are responsible for the students' learning and development through teaching, guidance, and support. You choose method, content, and approach based on each student's abilities and prerequisites so that the students reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. The school has collaboratively developed routines and rules that provide both students and educators with security. At the school, we use lesson observations where you receive help with 10 dimensions of learning processes in teaching. For example, that there are goals for the lesson, that students are involved, that there are routines, etc. You document, follow up, and evaluate. Documentation of the students' knowledge development is done in our teacher portal Infomentor.
