About the Job

For the academic year 26/27, we are seeking a teacher in Swedish and Social Studies at 100% for teaching in middle and upper school levels. The position also includes mentorship at the upper school level.

We are looking for you with certification to teach in Swedish and Social Studies subjects. We want you to have good collaboration skills, an ease in creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and in an enthusiastic and inspiring way include students in the subject.

We further see that you are a pedagogical and clear leader who can structure and plan your work in an effective way. You are engaged, flexible, and proactive. We assume that your goal is to create a developing, positive, and safe learning environment for your students. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Teaching certification with authorization to teach in Swedish and Social Studies subjects for grades 7-9

Meritorious

• Authorization to teach Swedish as a second language
• Work experience as a teacher in compulsory school
• Experience working with SchoolSoft and Google Workspace for Education
