We are now seeking a dedicated and driven Special Education Teacher with Swedish teacher certification to join our Special Education team. You believe that every student can and has the opportunity to reach their full potential, and you are happy to help teachers and special education teachers create conditions for differentiation and individual adaptations where needed. You are passionate about special education and interested in developing and participating in the latest research on this subject. You share IES's values and ethos and believe that a safe and secure school environment is the foundation for learning. As a person, you are independent but enjoy collaborating with others towards common goals. You are a true educator who can work individually with students but also thrive on coaching and motivating teams and teacher colleagues. You are a trained special education teacher and speak Swedish fluently as well as English at a good level. You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with cases and routines, and we place great importance on your personal suitability to fit into our work team.An extract from the Police register is mandatory.
