Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully situated in nature right next to the lovely Ramnasjön lake in a large, older, and beautiful brick building. We are one of the country's largest Montessori schools with about 750 children in preschool, compulsory school, and after-school care, and have over 110 employees. The students are divided into mixed-age groups.

We are looking for you who are a certified compulsory school teacher with qualifications to teach textile crafts.

We are searching for you with a curious approach, who is positive, responsible, flexible, and secure. You have a structured, creative way of working and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

We prefer that you have experience in the profession and are interested in Montessori pedagogy. It is not a requirement to be Montessori-trained, as further training is provided internally. You contribute to developing our activities in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You stimulate each child to educate themselves and grow with their tasks, providing freedom under responsibility. From that freedom, students' independence can develop, which then gives self-confidence and the ability for critical review.

The position is 100% starting in the fall of 2026.
