Classroom Resource 75-100%

We are seeking a classroom resource for the remainder of the spring term 2026. As a classroom resource, you will follow the class during the day and support both students and teachers in daily work.

Experience working in a school is meritorious, as is a student/teaching assistant education or similar. You should enjoy working with young people and want to find ways for them to learn as much as possible. You should be able to set boundaries and be clear in your professional practice.

Flexibility and ability to collaborate are prerequisites. Knowledge of how to adapt teaching for children with various difficulties, e.g., dyslexia or neurodevelopmental disorders, is also meritorious.

The position can be combined with after-school care to achieve full-time hours. In after-school care, you are part of a team responsible for the children who need to stay after school hours and provide them with a meaningful afternoon with both play and learning.

We are located near Borlänge city center, and there are approximately 150 students at the school divided into 8 classes. Knowledge is invaluable, and we want all students who attend here to have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
