As an inside sales representative with us, you become a central part of our successful team. Your main task is to make first contact with both B2C and B2B customers, generate interest in our energy solutions, and book appointments for our outside sales representatives. To some extent, also handle incoming leads and send quotes remotely.

You will get the right conditions from the start – and all opportunities to succeed in the role. We offer an efficient calling system, ready-made contact lists to call, and incoming interest inquiries via our website.

This is a role for you who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and inspiring others. You get all the tools and training you need to succeed – the only thing you need to bring is your energy, drive, and willingness to perform.

Nordic Energy Solutions works with the installation of solar panel systems, battery storage, and charging stations for private individuals, companies, agriculture, and property owners. We are a company in strong growth.

You will work from our office in Kalmar together with a team of dedicated colleagues who share your desire to achieve results. We offer a structured work environment with clear goals and a lot of freedom under responsibility.


Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

Have the ability to build trust quickly, even in conversations with business leaders and decision-makers

Have strong personal drive and are motivated by achieving set goals

Have previous experience from sales, meeting booking, or telephone work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Have good computer skills and enjoy working with digital tools
