Todd Timber is looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help build on our rapid growth. The position will be filled immediately.
About Todd Timber
Todd Timber is a digital marketplace and e-commerce platform in forestry, agriculture, and construction. We sell everything from small timber saws to large buckets – primarily in Sweden, but with growing sales to Norway, Germany, and Finland. We are expanding and now need to strengthen our team in product advisory and sales.
The Role
Your main task is to sell our products through active advisory and needs analysis. You manage the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to closing, and work with both incoming inquiries and outgoing sales.
Our customers range from forestry contractors, farmers, and construction companies to larger players such as sawmills, recycling companies, and mining companies. Todd Timber is still a small company, which means that in addition to sales work, you have the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming quote requests via phone and email, from needs analysis to closing
- Drive outgoing sales through active contact with new and existing customers
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate recurring business
- Develop deep product knowledge
- Maintain ongoing contact with manufacturers and engineers regarding customized solutions
- Contribute to other parts of the business as needed
Who Are We Looking For?
You are passionate about sales and business, and thrive in a role where you get to build relationships, drive your own customer dialogues, and see the results of your work. You are self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented – while also being a humble team player who contributes to a good team spirit.
You are likely in an early stage of your career and have one or several years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing work, preferably in B2B. Practical experience from forestry, agriculture, or construction is a plus but not required; curiosity about the industry goes a long way, and you will build detailed knowledge with us.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing, and are accustomed to working via phone and computer with common programs like Excel and Word.
About the Position
The position is a permanent full-time employment, Monday–Friday. We offer a salary model with fixed salary plus commission, so that your engagement and results have direct impact.
Todd Timber is currently moving offices, and during a transition period, the team works remotely. When a new office is in place in Stockholm, you are expected to work full-time from there, so you need to be available for that.
