BraGruppen is a growing startup with a clear vision: to make it easy for customers to find the right carpenter, electrician, or inspector for their project. Through our platforms Bra Hantverkare and Bra Besiktning, we connect thousands of customers with quality-assured providers every year. We have built long-term customer relationships spanning over 5 years with our existing clients, and now we are entering an exciting growth phase. We need more key players who want to continue driving the company forward together with us.
About the role
As a salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire chain—from the first contact to the long-term relationship.
- Prospect and book your own customer meetings
- Identify customer needs and present our solutions
- Close deals and sign agreements
- Follow up and develop your customer relationships over time
Who we are looking for
We believe that you:
- Are independent, driven, and motivated by setting your own goals
- Have a strong business sense and enjoy making deals
- Are results-oriented, you see solutions where others see obstacles
- Thrive with freedom under responsibility and have the discipline to work remotely
- Build relationships, are trustworthy, and communicative in both speech and writing
- Have experience in sales
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the construction industry, marketing, lead generation, or have worked in a startup before, but your attitude is absolutely the most important.
