We are looking for a candidate manager for JobTeam Consultant

With us, you will have a role where you work closely with people and help them move forward towards employment or studies. As a candidate manager, you work as a labor market consultant within Rusta and Matcha, with a focus on coaching, motivation, matching, and follow-up.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take your own initiatives, build relationships, and see opportunities in helping job seekers move towards jobs or education.

About the role

You support and guide participants towards the next step, follow up on their development, and work actively to create results. The role also involves highlighting candidates' strengths, creating employer contacts, and matching out job seekers in a professional manner.

To be eligible, you need to meet one of the following

Alternative 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) and at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Alternative 2

At least one year of post-secondary studies with a passing grade and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time within one or more of the following areas:

• supervision with personnel responsibility
• recruitment
• transition work for job seekers
• study and career guidance
• handling personnel matters
• work with labor and employment market issues
• work with social and group psychology
• career guidance
