About the role
In the role of corporate sales representative at Smart Telecom, you are responsible for creating new customer relationships and further developing existing ones. You handle both new and existing customers, where through needs-based consulting, you help them find the right solutions while increasing the scope of business from some of Sweden's largest operators.
You have daily contact with customers via phone, digital channels, and meetings, and take overall responsibility for the sales process – from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals. Here, long-term focus and recurring business are central.
Your main tasks consist of:
- Prospecting and handling new corporate customers
- Working with active sales as well as upselling to existing customers
- Having regular customer contact via phone for follow-up, needs analysis, and business development
- Identifying opportunities to broaden and strengthen customers' service portfolios
- Working goal-oriented to increase both order value and customer lifetime
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and business-oriented consulting and support
Who are you?
You have experience from a similar role where phone-based sales have been a natural and central part of daily work. You are business-driven, thrive with clear goals, and have a good ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and drive deals to completion.
We are looking for you who:
- Have sales experience with documented good results
- Are driven to achieve (and exceed) set goals
- Have a background in the telecom industry or similar B2B/B2C sales
- Have good experience working with the phone as a primary work tool
- Want to develop long-term within B2B sales
- Communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing
