Work as a Meeting Booker / Telephone Salesperson from Home!

We are looking for you who enjoys working remotely / from home and has good experience using the telephone as a tool.

We require that you have previously worked in meeting booking, telephone sales, customer service, or field sales and are thus accustomed to handling objections. You will make cold calls and generate interest in a meeting.

We see it as advantageous if you currently have your own business / F-tax.

About the Assignment

As a Meeting Booker / Customer Booker, you will book meetings for well-known companies, currently real estate agents. This involves making cold calls to customers via our dialer.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

Scope: Full-time only

Location: Remote Work (REMOTE) - Which means you must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (Computer, headphones, good Internet connection).

Salary: High commission based on number of bookings, i.e., regardless of whether a deal is made for the real estate agent, (No cap, No base salary, no guaranteed salary). Target: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements to Work with Us:

• Computer with good internet connection
• Headset to be able to talk undisturbed on the phone
• Ergonomic setup at home where you are not disturbed by other things
• Speak fluent Swedish

You Should Be:

• Confident and experienced in using the telephone as a tool
• Experienced in making cold calls to customers
• Goal-oriented and competitive.
• Enjoy working remotely/from home
• Possess high social skills
• Able to build relationships easily
