• Welcome and take care of our patients with the highest level of service
• Handle bookings, administration, and daily coordination
• Take responsibility for and develop the clinic's presence on social media
• Create stylish, engaging, and brand-building content
• Ensure a consistent, exclusive tone in all communication
• Contribute to strengthening our position as a leading player in modern dental care

We are looking for you who:

• Have solid experience as a receptionist, preferably in dental care.
• Have a natural sense for service, quality, and details
• Are structured, discreet, and professional in all situations
• Have a strong interest in – and preferably experience with – social media, content, and brand building
• Have good language skills and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English
• Are self-sufficient, proactive, and thrive in an environment with high demands
