Sell AI solutions that actually solve problems. You identify new business opportunities and help customers understand how AI can create value in their operations.
About the role
As a salesperson at Walma, you don't sell a product from a catalog. You sell solutions to real problems. You work with everything from prospecting and initial meetings to quotes and closing, in close collaboration with our technical team.
You don't need to know how to code, but you need to understand what AI can do and how it creates business benefits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the private and public sectors
- Conduct needs analyses and present how Walma's services can solve the customer's challenges
- Drive the entire sales process from prospect to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate quotes and solution proposals
- Represent Walma at events, trade fairs, and in digital channels
We are looking for you who have
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting services
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in business language
- Drive and structure – you can manage a pipeline and prioritize correctly
- Genuine interest in AI and how it changes industries
- Strong relationship and presentation skills
- Fluent Swedish and English
Merits
- Experience selling to the public sector (LOU procurements)
- Existing network in IT, digitalization, or AI
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
