About the role

As an AI Customer Success Manager at Walma, you are responsible for ensuring our customers succeed with their AI implementations. You are the one who ensures that the solutions are not only delivered but actually used and create value in the business.

You work closely with the customer after delivery, identify new use cases, and ensure that the AI solutions evolve in line with the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship after implementation and ensure that AI solutions are used and deliver value
  • Train and support the customer's organization in using AI tools and processes
  • Identify new opportunities where AI can create additional benefits for existing customers
  • Collaborate with our technical team to communicate customer feedback and drive improvements
  • Build and maintain success metrics and reporting per customer
  • Proactively prevent churn by identifying risks and acting early

We are looking for you who have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it can be applied in real businesses
  • Strong communication skills. You can explain technology to decision-makers and business needs to developers
  • Experience working with B2B customers, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously with high quality
  • Fluent Swedish and English
