About the Role

We are now looking for two store managers – one for our store in Bromma and one for our store in Årsta.

As a store manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of your store with a focus on sales, customer experience, and team development. You work operationally in the store while having overall responsibility for results and staff.

The work includes working some evenings and weekends.

Your Duties

• Sales of wedding dresses and accessories
• Responsible for the daily operations of the store
• Lead, coach, and plan the work of the team
• Customer contact via email and telephone.
• Responsible for purchasing and maintenance as well as intake of the preloved assortment
• Work with social media, events, and collaborations
• Follow up on results and ensure a well-functioning store

About the Position

Start: As agreed

Scope: approximately 80-90%

Location: Stockholm – (Bromma or Årsta)
