We are looking for a district manager for Burger King

As a district manager, you have the overall responsibility for multiple restaurants within your district. You work closely with the restaurant managers to ensure high quality, strong results, and a positive work environment. You drive development, follow up on goals, and ensure that operations meet our high standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and their teams
• Ensure that budgets and goals are achieved
• Monitor results and identify areas for improvement
• Be responsible for quality, service, and guest experience
• Recruitment and skills development within the district

We are looking for you who:

• Have leadership experience, preferably in restaurants or service
• Are results-oriented and business-driven
• Have good communication skills
• Enjoy working at a fast pace
• Have a B driver's license
