Rebelly is a fast-growing company in health and food, based in Stockholm. We are building a new production kitchen and are now seeking a head chef who wants to take responsibility for how it actually functions – from day one.

This is not a traditional head chef role. You step into an owner-led company with short decision paths where you will have significant influence over structure, working methods, and quality.

About the role

As head chef, you are responsible for the entire food production. You lead a small team, plan production week by week, and ensure everything is delivered on time and with high quality.

You work closely with the founders and are involved in making decisions, not just executing them.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Plan and lead daily production
  • Ensure quality and delivery according to plan
  • Be responsible for purchasing and supplier relationships
  • Drive and develop kitchen processes
  • Ensure food safety and self-control (HACCP)
  • Lead and develop the team
