Atoy Automotive Sweden AB is a leading supplier of spare parts to the automotive aftermarket and part of an international group with origins dating back to the 1930s. We operate in Sweden, Finland, and Latvia, with approximately 450 employees and a turnover of around 1 billion SEK.
In Sweden, we operate through our strong concepts BDS, Bilservice, and Trygga Verkstan.
We are now seeking an employee for Technical Spare Parts Support – ATOY EXPRESS

About the Role
As a technical spare parts support employee with us, you will be a key person in contact with our customers. You work closely with them via phone and email, where you guide, solve problems, and ensure they receive quick and professional feedback.
You thrive in a role where you not only handle incoming inquiries but also actively reach out to customers and suppliers to follow up, create value, and strengthen relationships.
A large part of the work takes place within Atoy Express, where you help customers find the right spare parts with the right price and delivery time – always with a focus on quick feedback, quality, and service.
The role is varied and the pace is high, which means you need to be stress-resistant, structured, and confident in prioritizing correctly. Here, you get to use both your technical skills and your service mindset every day.
This is what you will do
You work in an integrated flow – from the first customer contact to the final solution:
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and advice
- Search for the right parts in our catalog systems and recommend the best alternatives
- Handle delivery questions and engage in dialogue with suppliers
- Participate in developing smarter ways of working and routines
- Actively work on relationship-building customer contact.
We are looking for you who
Want to take the next step in a customer-focused role. You have a genuine automotive technical interest and feel comfortable working with digital systems and catalogs. We see that you have good knowledge of the automotive industry, and it is meritorious if you have worked as an automotive mechanic, customer receptionist, or similar roles.
You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative, with good skills in Swedish and English. Experience with spare parts catalogs is a plus.
Your Profile
You are curious, engaged, and enjoy finding solutions. You take initiative, work in a structured manner, and are good at building trust in contact with others.
You express yourself professionally in both speech and writing and have good experience with Office 365.

Additional Information
The position is full-time, located in Kista, with a 6-month probationary period. We have collective agreements with Svensk Handel and Unionen.
