Receptionist/Medical Secretary

Employee sought for a centrally located eye clinic in Stockholm near Odenplan.

Job duties: Varied tasks at our eye clinic.

You will work both at the reception to receive patients and be involved with some patient work at the clinic.

If you have no previous experience in healthcare, you can still be trained quickly, as the tasks are limited.

However, you need to be pleasant and patient with our patients and have the willingness to learn new things.

If you are already an assistant nurse, nurse, or ophthalmic nurse, it is even more advantageous. We will consider the whole picture before the selection is complete.

You are not expected to have previous experience, but it is important that you are quick to learn and adaptable.

If you are already an assistant nurse, nurse, or ophthalmic nurse and have worked in healthcare and have some experience with medical records, it is appreciated, but if not, you can still be trained quickly, as the tasks are somewhat limited.

You will work both at the reception to register patients and receive payments, but also be involved with some other tasks.

As a person, you are proactive with an eye for what needs to be done.

You are punctual and arrive on time for work.

Always providing the best service is a basic attitude that you have.

You are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing and speak fluent Swedish.

You enjoy working with people and providing good service.

Working hours: Scheduled hourly employment.

Fixed-term employment for 3-6 months or shorter with the possibility of extension and permanent employment.

We need a replacement who, after the usual probationary period, receives permanent employment.
