Part-Time Payroll Administrator Wanted for DreamCare Care AB

DreamCare Care AB is seeking a meticulous and responsible part-time payroll administrator who wants to become an important part of our operations. This position suits you if you have experience in payroll administration and enjoy varied tasks within payroll, finance, and administration.

About the Position

As a payroll administrator with us, you will work with, among other things:

  • payroll processing
  • management of sick pay and absence
  • invoicing
  • basic financial administration
  • follow-up and control of supporting documentation
  • other administrative tasks related to payroll and finance

We are looking for you who

  • have experience in payroll administration
  • are meticulous, organized, and responsible
  • have good computer skills and are comfortable working with administrative systems
  • can work independently and take personal responsibility

It is advantageous if you

  • have relevant education in finance or payroll administration
  • have experience with invoicing and financial administration
  • have knowledge of collective agreements and regulations regarding sick pay and absence
  • have experience from care and nursing operations
