We are looking for a new supervisor to join our team!

Our organization works with participants who are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service or Helsingborg Municipality. Our goal is to help our participants secure employment or continue their education and development.

Currently, we are seeking an employee for temporary employment as needed. There are good opportunities for the position to develop into a part-time or full-time employment in the future, depending on the organization's needs.

Qualifications:

• University or college degree
• Good ability to work with people and have patience when interacting with different individuals
• Be friendly and have a genuine interest in helping others
• Be flexible and able to work on-site at our office in Helsingborg as needed
• Speak fluent Swedish

Working Hours:

Working hours and workdays are not fixed but are determined as needed. You will be contacted at short notice when needs arise.

Work tasks may include:

• Administrative tasks
• Support to participants
• Support to the team
• Planning and conducting activities and workshops
