SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR

Rowico Home is a Halland-based family-owned furniture company founded in 1971 with its headquarters in Halmstad. We design and sell sustainable Scandinavian furniture for home environments through retailers across Europe and via our own e-commerce. We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for a structured and self-driven sustainability coordinator for a temporary position of at least 12 months.

About the Position

As a Sustainability Coordinator at Rowico Home, you will play an important role in our sustainability efforts, and you will, among other things:

• Collect, structure, and document material specifications
• Ensure that relevant sustainability information is shared and used internally
• Analyze and assess risks related to materials (according to EUDR)
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and certification bodies

Profile

• Structured and self-driven
• Enjoy order, details, and follow-up on work
• Have a strong interest in sustainability
• Are solution-oriented and collaborate easily with others

Education and Experience

• Experience in administrative work
• Post-secondary education, preferably in sustainability, environment, or similar
• Experience in sustainability work is advantageous
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing

• Temporary position: at least 12 months
• Location: Halmstad (headquarters)
• Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
