Do you want to be part of continuing to build up an organization and work closely with people in a dynamic and developmental environment? We are now looking for an engaged and structured operational manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the operational parts of the business.

Innovatrek is a Swedish healthcare group that operates and develops primary care and occupational health care in Stockholm and Uppsala. The company was founded in 2018 and has since grown rapidly.

Innovatrek continues to develop, and we are now looking for an operational manager who wants to contribute to shaping and driving our work forward. This is a role for you who thrive in a complex environment, with a high pace and great opportunity to influence. As an operational manager, you will have a central role in the organization with responsibility for creating structure, driving processes, and ensuring that the business functions efficiently in daily work. The role involves acting as a key link between management, business managers, and external partners, and ensuring that collaborations and operational processes run smoothly

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the organization's structure and working methods
  • Personnel responsibility, including recruitment
  • Ongoing contact with employees and creating a good work environment
  • Manage orders and administrative processes
  • Review and handling of invoices
  • Handle conflicts and contribute to a positive company culture
  • Support the business in matters related to health and healthcare work (meriting)

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience in personnel responsibility and organizational development
  • Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good administrative skills
  • Are communicative and enjoy a lot of contact with people
  • Have experience in recruitment and work supervision
  • Have the ability to handle conflicts in a professional manner
  • Have a basic understanding of finance (invoices, follow-up)
  • Have an interest or understanding of work in health and healthcare (meriting)
