Röbäcks IF is a historic and growing sports association in Umeå with activities in football, floorball, and fitness. Together with our wholly-owned company Röbäcks Arena AB, we develop sports in Röbäck and surrounding villages by creating conditions for an active and meaningful leisure time for children, youth, and adults.

Now we are strengthening our office and are looking for you who want to work in a broad and operationally close role where finance, administration, and association support meet. Your New Job

As a Finance & Association Administrator, you will become a central part of the daily operations, with many points of contact both internally and externally. You work closely with association developers, the board, and other functions, and are a key person in creating structure and quality in the organization.

The role involves a combination of finance work and association administration. You are responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll administration, and tax and VAT reporting. You also work with budget materials, reports, and year-end preparations.

In parallel, you handle membership registers and fees in our systems, are responsible for administration of agreements and documents, and contribute to ensuring order and compliance with, for example, GDPR. You also provide support to the board and sections in administrative matters.

Part of the role also involves contributing to structure and clarity in the association's communication, for example through newsletters and website updates. An important part of the work is to develop and improve routines and work methods. You identify areas for improvement, contribute with ideas, and help build a more efficient and sustainable organization over time.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role, we believe you have experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or similar work and that you enjoy an operationally close role with many points of contact. It is advantageous if you have experience in association life, membership administration, or work in non-profit organizations. If you have also worked with payroll administration, VAT reporting, or various administrative systems, we see this as positive.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your work, while also finding it easy to collaborate with others. You thrive in a role where you get to influence and develop work methods. You have good system familiarity, a high IT maturity, and feel confident working with various digital tools. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.
