Salesperson with Recruitment Responsibility 20% Commission + 20,000 SEK per Recruitment

Have you worked with outbound sales and know how to identify a really good salesperson? Have you also been involved in recruiting salespeople before? Then this might be the right fit.
We at Grewin Sales are in a position where everything is ready to scale. We have a project with a very established product that sells, a sales process, and a track record. The only thing missing is more of the right people, and that's where you come in.
The Role
You will have a base in outbound sales, but a clear extended responsibility for recruitment.
This involves:
- Actively finding and contacting candidates and getting them to apply
- Qualifying and driving them to interviews
- Being involved in building a recruitment engine that delivers
- Driving your own sales from booked meetings to deals during the rest of the time not spent on recruitment
What We Are Looking For
- You have worked with outbound sales and recruitment of salespeople before (required)
- You understand what distinguishes a good from a bad salesperson
- You are not afraid to chase people and make contact
- You enjoy pace and responsibility
We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong team of disciplined salespeople.
Compensation
- 20,000 SEK guaranteed salary
- 20% commission on your own sales
- 10,000 SEK per hired candidate + 10,000 SEK more after 60 days if the candidate remains
- Employment or consultant arrangement – both work.
The Sales
- B2B sales of Dagens Industri's executive network (Di Close)
- Order value: 40,000 – 200,000 SEK (average ~50,000 SEK)
- Only new customer sales, no account management
- You get ready-made lists, including a lot of warm leads to call, no prospecting
The Environment
- On-site in Stockholm (hybrid possible)
- 30-60 minutes daily sales training and direct coaching from me (7 years and 15,000 call experiences with the product)
- Focus on performance – not busy work

- When you become efficient, you will be offered resources including a meeting booker and a virtual assistant to help with your sales and recruitment calendar so you can be more efficient with your time
