Property Technician/Property Caretaker

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced property technician who enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and have a service-minded approach.

As a property technician with us, you will have varied work with significant personal responsibility. You will be part of our technical team and be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and care of several properties. Your tasks include, among others:

• Inspection, patrols, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Corrective actions for the property's technical systems
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and managers

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• At least 3 years of experience in property care or similar technical work
• High school education, preferably in plumbing, electrical, or construction
• Electrical certification (meritorious)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• B driver's license (required)

You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is used to planning your work. You have an eye for detail, are service-minded, and thrive in a job where customer contacts are a natural part of daily life. It is an advantage if you live in or near Gothenburg and have local knowledge.
