We are looking for a spare parts salesperson

We are looking for a knowledgeable spare parts salesperson who, with a pleasant demeanor, can assist both our in-store customers, our service workshop, and our damage center with accessories and spare parts for cars.

Job Duties

In this role, you will primarily work together with our damage center, serving them with the spare parts needed. You handle sales, ordering, and picking of spare parts and accessories. You are responsible for order reception via phone and web, as well as work with inventory management, ongoing inventory counts, and drive a delivery vehicle with goods. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy while being able to work efficiently.

Competencies and Experience

We are seeking you who have experience from jobs in the automotive industry and knowledge within automotive parts. You are accustomed and comfortable with working with phone and computer as tools. The work requires that you have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

You are used to working independently under your own responsibility. We prefer that you have automotive technical education or equivalent at least high school level, as well as a B driving license. Experience working in the systems TACDIS, Vida, Dialogys, Partslink, and Cabas is advantageous.

The role as a spare parts salesperson assumes that you are good at building strong relationships and that you go all out to help our customers so they receive a truly great customer experience. You have the ability to talk with all types of customers and colleagues. You are meticulous and quality-conscious, always wanting to deliver work with the highest possible quality, and have good planning and prioritization skills.

You enjoy being involved in a team, have good collaboration skills but are also used to working independently under your own responsibility. Furthermore, we see that you are positive, punctual, and responsible with a high work ethic. We prefer that you have good references from similar work.

Employment, Scope, Location, Start Date

The employment is a permanent position, full-time with placement in Falun. Start date as agreed. We apply alcohol and drug testing before employment to ensure a safe work environment for everyone. A background check may need to be conducted for this role.
