Holsby Metall AB is a well-established industrial company with strong market positions in the automotive, hydraulic, telecommunications, and construction industries. We manufacture sustainable components in hot-pressed aluminum and brass as well as extruded aluminum. The company has a turnover of approximately 300 million Swedish kronor and employs around 110 people with operations in Vetlanda and Holsbybrunn.

We are now seeking operators for our production environment where we manufacture parts with very high quality requirements and tight tolerances. Here, we work with modern automation, advanced CNC machines, and robotic cells in close collaboration between engineering, production, and quality.

Job Duties

In the role of operator, you will work with advanced and precise manufacturing. Your main job duties are:

• Operation and monitoring of robotic cells
• Manual and automatic operation of CNC machines
• Inspection, measurement, and quality control of parts with high tolerance requirements
• Packing and handling of finished products
• Daily maintenance and simple troubleshooting of machines and equipment
• Active participation in improvement and quality work

Qualifications

For this position, we prefer that you have previous experience from similar work in industrial manufacturing with high quality requirements, but a passionate interest in technology is equally important. We would like you to have:

• CNC training and/or industrial high school education or equivalent
• Experience working in CNC-controlled production, preferably with robotic automation
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and reading drawings
