🛡 What does the job entail?

As a security warden in our group, you work in teams with engaged colleagues and group leaders who lead the work. Your main mission is to move together with your colleague in our customers' residential areas based on the housing companies' needs and prioritized situational assessments. You are in the right place at the right time, creating safety by being present, available, and active in dialogue with residents.

The work is varied and includes:

• Safety-creating presence in the areas
• Service and simpler maintenance efforts
• Contact-building work with tenants
• Dispatch to disturbance incidents (disturbance on-call)
• Reporting and collaboration with housing companies and other actors

• Have high school education (post-secondary education is meritorious)
• Are secure, responsible, and inspire confidence
• Have good social skills and find it easy to create contact
• Enjoy working evenings and weekends, often outdoors

Master the Swedish and English languages very well in speech and writing, additional languages are meritorious

Good physical condition

Stable mental state

Flexible

High school competence

Service-oriented

Driver's license

Negative drug test result

Salary according to collective agreement between Almega/Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
