HVAC Installer, Property Caretaker in Hässelby and Skärholmen

We are now seeking an experienced HVAC installer who can also work as a property caretaker at our properties.

We manage over 1600 rental apartments and 2000 commercial premises in greater Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our team. We carry out renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of customers and property owners.

We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, loyal HVAC installer who wants to work with general property care.

We are looking for you who likes to take responsibility and is self-sufficient. You should be social and have a good approach towards your colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

Education in HVAC

At least 3 years of work experience in HVAC and the construction industry

Driver's license
