🌟 About the Role

We at EDGE Associates are now looking for 1–2 dedicated Scrum Masters to join our team. You will be employed by us and step directly into an exciting assignment in Sundsvall where you will play a central role in driving the development team forward. Here, it's not just about facilitating ceremonies – you will become a catalyst for team culture, collaboration methods, and continuous improvement.

The role is broad and combines coaching leadership with operational responsibility for requirements analysis, capacity planning, and IT service management. You will work in a technically modern environment with a focus on CI/CD and high delivery precision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the team's ceremonies and coach in agile values, flow, and velocity.
• 
  
• Be responsible for team dynamics, continuous improvements, and capacity planning.
• 
  
• Actively work with requirements management and translate needs into scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• 
  
• Have close dialogue with Product Owners, Product Managers, and section managers.
• 
  
• Manage incidents, problems, and lifecycle management (technical maintenance).

🛠️ Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a driven and attentive leader with the ability to combine agile methodology with technical understanding of requirements and testing.

We are looking for you who have:

✔️ Documented experience in the role of Scrum Master in agile teams.

✔️ Experience in coaching teams in estimates, flow, and team development.

✔️ Experience in IT service management (incident/problem) and lifecycle management.

✔️ Documented experience in requirements analysis and requirements management.

✔️ Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing (CV should be in Swedish).

It is meritorious if you have:

➕ Very good experience working with SAFe as a framework.

➕ Experience in practical testing work (manual/automated) and TDD/BDD.

➕ Experience in formulating requirements according to scenarios/Gherkin.

➕ Familiarity with environments with CI/CD flows.

➕ Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Xray, GitLab, Cypress, and Cucumber.

➕ Knowledge of WCAG standards.
