We are now looking for a reception manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our reception while also helping to develop the experience for our guests – from the first booking to departure.

About the role
As reception manager, you have overall responsibility for the reception and our booking flows. You work both operationally and administratively and have a central role in communication between our departments. You will, among other things:
- Overall responsibility for the reception with scheduling, staffing, etc.
- Work operationally at the reception a couple of times a week, including some weekends
- Be responsible for our booking systems and ensure they function optimally
- Handle group bookings and ensure the right information reaches all departments
- Be the spider in the web between reception, restaurant, hotel, spa, and conference
- Ensure that each guest receives a personal and memorable stay
- Help develop working methods, routines, and the guest experience
- Support and lead the reception staff in the daily work
We are looking for you who
- Have experience from hotel reception or a similar role
- Are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions
- Have good computer skills and are comfortable working with booking systems
- Thrive in a role where the pace varies and you need to reprioritize quickly
- Have a genuine interest in service, hospitality, and details
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
It is an extra plus if you
- Have worked in a smaller organization where people help across boundaries
- Have an interest in food, drinks, and experiences
- Have experience in serving, as colleagues in the restaurant sometimes need a little extra help for a short while during the day
The position
- Permanent, preferably starting relatively soon
- Varying working hours, mainly Monday–Friday but also includes weekend work
