Waitress/Bartender

Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB in central Malmö aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for our guests through our various focuses. With us, you'll find everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, party floors, street food kitchens, and our lovely outdoor terrace Gränden in the summer.

We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of atmosphere, service, and gastronomic experience. For our Restaurant Gränden, which is part of Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen and opens at the end of May, primarily serving grilled and classic à la carte dishes, we are now looking for ambitious and engaged serving staff for the summer. We will most likely be open for lunch and dinner, including weekends.

The work primarily involves traditional service where the guest is the focus. You find it interesting to stay up-to-date with both food and beverages and to be able to convey these in the best way to our guests. We prefer that you have previous experience in serving and cash handling.

As a person, you are cheerful, ambitious, stress-resistant, and reliable. You are passionate about providing our guests with the absolute best service. Furthermore, you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke- and tobacco-free.

There is also the possibility to work at one of our other focuses within Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen S:t Markus Wine Cellar as a complement. For the right person, there are excellent development opportunities within our company that can lead to a more senior role.

Positions are for full-time, part-time, and as needed.
