You should be outgoing, cheerful, social, and cooperative – quick to laugh and spread joy. You like responsibility and are attentive to what needs to be done, but also proactive in what can be developed, improved, and made more efficient.

Joys Foodbar is a family-friendly workplace where our goal is for the customer to "feel at home." We are a food café designed as a food bar that mainly sells large quantities of salads, baguettes, and wraps – which we mix and build to order. We also have some hot dishes and homemade soups. Along with that, there's often a coffee or two, frequently paired with some delightful pastries. We also have breakfast sales and catering for both private individuals and, above all, for businesses.

With us, it's about showing initiative and being able to handle the wide range to be an outstanding Joy's employee!

The tasks include, among others:

- Food preparation; salads, baguettes, wraps, etc.

- Receiving deliveries

- Barista skills for making latte, cappuccino, etc. (you will receive training from us on-site)

- Daily cleaning, as well as deep cleaning

- Dishwashing

- Cashier/Customer service

- Establishing good contact with new customers and regulars

- Prep in the kitchen

- Cooperating with colleagues

- Constantly learning new things

- Taking initiative for what needs to be done

- Upselling

Above all, it's about being able to handle many of these points simultaneously, multitasking!
