Do you want to cook with passion and precision in a modern kitchen where parts of the cooking take place openly towards the restaurant, creating closeness between guest and cook? With us, you get to work in an environment where craftsmanship, ingredients, and atmosphere are the focus. We open at the end of May 2026 and are now looking for you who want to be part of it from the start! Employment begins on May 13th.
About us
Tullhomen is a brand new rotisserie & steakhouse with French influences. The foundation is rotisserie and perfectly cooked meat with classic sides. The menu is broader: appetizers, some à la carte dishes, and dessert classics provide creative space and variation.
The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, warm but cool. Music is a natural part of the experience, just like the interaction between kitchen and dining room. The restaurant has about 65 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats, and parts of the kitchen are open, requiring both professionalism and presence.
Your role
- Prepare and present dishes with high quality and feeling
- Work in a modern kitchen where parts of the process take place openly towards the restaurant
- Contribute to menu development and daily production
- Collaborate closely with the head chef and team to create a memorable guest experience
- Maintain order, hygiene, and safety
