Sushi Chef Wanted

We are now seeking a dedicated and meticulous sushi chef/kitchen staff member for our sushi restaurant in Gårdstenscentrum (Angered).

Job Duties

• Preparation of sushi (experience in Asian cuisine is also meritorious).
• Preparation of ingredients according to hygiene and quality requirements.
• Ensuring good order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborating with other staff for an efficient workflow.
• Contributing to a positive experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a sushi chef or in a restaurant kitchen is meritorious.
• Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP).
• Ability to work at a high pace while maintaining quality.
• Meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Swedish or English in speech (other languages are meritorious).
