About the assignment

• 4 positions: week 20–35
• 5 positions: week 23–33
• Location: Lapland

Job duties

Home care is an operational activity based on needs-assessed interventions. As an assistant nurse, you work to provide users with a good quality of life based on their individual needs.

The work includes:

• Care and nursing interventions
• Service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Meal distribution
• Alarm response measures

You work independently as home care involves a lot of solo work, but you also collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Trained assistant nurse
• Ability to work independently
• Good collaboration skills
• Experience in home care is meritorious
• Driver's license required
• Trained assistant nurse or experience as a care assistant in home care

Working hours

Scheduled working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
