As a licensed psychotherapist or licensed psychologist at VarnumHealth, you have a very important role in the work of creating results and value for our clients.

You work consultatively with our clients as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. The emphasis of the position is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but assignments at the group and organizational levels also occur in the form of, for example, psychosocial work environment assessments and group supervision.

You will work with, among other things:

• Conversational support and conversational therapy
• Psychosocial work environment issues
• Assessments
• Supervision of individuals and groups

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychotherapist or licensed psychologist and have an interest and experience in work-related ill health as well as experience working with individual conversations, education, and groups.

It is meritorious if you have further education in or experience with the area of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment. You are welcome to have worked with CBT, ACT, or FACT.

You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. As a person, you are driven and have knowledge of the connection between individual, group, and organization as well as the ability to translate that into effective interventions in relation to the client.

Other: Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Employment rate is full-time. Start date by agreement. The position may involve travel which means you must have a driver's license and sometimes access to your own car for work.
