Temporary Substitutes

Workplace: Neuberghska Ålderdomshemmet Foundation, Gothenburg. Position: Assistant Nurse or Care Assistant, extra coverage for absences day/evening/night and weekends. Scope: As needed. Start date: According to agreement. With us, elderly meet in a safe and homely environment where meals, holidays, and daily life are characterized by care and community. Your role as care staff, you are responsible for: Providing safe and individualized care during your shift. You need to be attentive to changes in the residents' health and well-being. You document according to current routines for SoL and report to HSL. You collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and other staff. You contribute to a calm and respectful environment for the residents.

We are looking for you who have experience in elderly care and you who want to learn and gain a lesson for life in empathetic treatment and seeing others' needs. We consider it meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care, preferably care for individuals with cognitive impairment. You are confident, responsible, and independent. You have good collaboration skills and can build trust in interactions with others. You have a respectful approach and share our values. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement; additional languages such as Yiddish, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian are meritorious.
