We are now seeking an engaged and creative activity coordinator who wants to help create a meaningful, secure, and stimulating everyday life for our residents.
About the Position
As an activity coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing activities based on the residents' needs, interests, and conditions. The activities can occur both individually and in groups and should contribute to increased quality of life, participation, and community. The work is carried out in close collaboration with care staff, the kitchen, the Jewish congregation, and management.
Job Duties
Plan, organize, and implement meaningful activities Adapt activities based on cognitive and physical ability Create structure and continuity in the activity offerings Collaborate with colleagues to integrate activities into the daily care work
Qualifications
Experience working with activities in care and nursing or similar operations Good ability to meet elderly individuals with respect, engagement, and attentiveness, as well as collaborate and cooperate internally and externally.
Advantageous
Education as an assistant nurse (USK) Previous experience working with individuals with dementia Experience in activity work within elderly care Knowledge of Jewish traditions, holidays, and culture.

Other Information
You work daytime Monday-Friday, except for special events or based on operational needs where work on evenings and weekends may occur
Employment Rate:
75–80% Start date according to agreement
