Experienced Excavator Operator Wanted Immediately

We are looking for an experienced excavator operator with at least 5 years of experience.

You should be able to operate both track excavators and wheel excavators, from smaller to larger machines. You have good experience in reading and understanding drawings.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and takes own initiatives – you do not wait for instructions but understand what needs to be done and drives the work forward. You are punctual, meticulous, and reliable, and we consider it a given that you keep schedules and take responsibility for your work.

It is important that you function well in a team, but also can work independently. You are flexible and have the right attitude – this means that you, when needed, also help out outside the machine. We are not looking for someone who only wants to sit in the machine, but a team player who contributes where needed.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as an excavator operator

- Experience with both track and wheel excavators

- Experience working with laser/leveling systems

- Good ability to read drawings

- Self-motivated and initiative-taking

- Punctual, meticulous, and responsible

- Can handle a high work pace

- BE driver's license is a requirement

- Flexible and willing to help in the entire work process
