Seeking a Skilled Painter/Tile Setter/Carpenter

We manage over 1800 rental apartments and 2000 commercial units in Greater Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced tile setter to join our team. We carry out renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of customers and property owners.

We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, loyal tile setter who is knowledgeable about wet room spaces and their regulations. Also capable of carpentry and painting.

We are looking for you who likes to take responsibility and is self-sufficient. You should be social and have a good approach towards your colleagues and customers.

We prefer that you have good references for tile setting work and have worked with various sealing systems in wet room spaces.

If you have carpentry skills and painting skills, it is an advantage. You are hardworking and can work both independently and in a team, should be flexible and loyal.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in the property industry/construction industry

- Self-sufficient in plastering, sealing work, tile setting

- Knowledge of painting and carpentry, about general construction

- Good social skills, loyal, punctual

Merits:

- Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing

- If you can perform other tasks within the construction industry

We offer a full-time salary with a probationary period of 6 months and permanent employment thereafter.
