Preschool Teacher Wanted for Snäckan Montessori Preschool in Limhamn

Snäckan Montessori Preschool parent cooperative is now seeking a certified preschool teacher who wants to become part of our engaged operation in central Limhamn.

With us, you will encounter a small and family-like preschool with 20 children and 5 engaged educators who work closely together in a safe and developmental environment.

About the Role

As a preschool teacher with us, you are an important part of the work team. You contribute to planning, implementing, and developing the operation in accordance with our pedagogical goals. You lead and develop the pedagogical activities together with the rest of the work team. You have a special responsibility for the teaching and work with the curriculum as a foundation based on each child's knowledge, experience, and specific conditions.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified preschool teacher
• Have some years of experience (meritorious)
• Have Montessori education (meritorious)
• Are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with us
• Are humble in your professional role
• Have good collaboration skills and can simultaneously take a leading role in the work team
• Take responsibility for your assignment and are humble towards others' competence

Employment Conditions:

• Probationary employment of 6 months applies
