DN Trädgård & Markskötsel is a contracting company in property maintenance that has grown significantly since 2015. We work with the maintenance of outdoor environments and our services are focused on public and private property companies where we assist them with their outdoor areas.

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Manager with at least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping to be responsible for our finance department. In this role, you will work broadly with finance and accounting and ensure that our financial processes function efficiently and correctly.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Preparation of annual reports and declarations
• Handling of VAT and tax declarations
• Liquidity planning and budgeting work
• Payroll administration and employer contributions
• Contact with auditors, authorities, and the bank
• Optimization of financial processes

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Relevant education in finance/accounting
• Experience with closing of accounts and reporting
• Good knowledge of financial systems (Visma, Hantverksdata, and Excel).
• Independent, structured, and meticulous
